As far as I knew, I was winning the rat race.
I was 22, fresh out college with two brand-spanking new diplomas and headed into my first corporate job. Young, ambitious and in it for the long haul. Bigger clients, larger programs and a fancy new job titles for my Linkedin profile – it was right in front of me.
Long time no blog – life is crazy y’all.

A common misconception about traveling and living abroad is that every day is a grand adventure. I’ll admit, I’m guilty of portraying this myself. My Instagram photos tend to be about the fun activities – rooftop pools, cocktails and mini photoshoots. In reality, my life isn’t always rooftops and gorgeous landscapes. There are some days when I only leave my bed to eat (sometimes you just need 3 naps in a day, okay?) and others where I’m running mundane errands all day long.
